Testimonials

We are a young couple who had been searching for our dream home for over two years. Before meeting Tina, we attended countless open houses and private showings, and made more unsuccessful offers than we can remember. As applicants for a VA loan in our early thirties, our journey was especially challenging.

Before working with Tina, we had already worked with two other realtors and more than five banks. The challenges and setbacks were discouraging, and we even took breaks from house hunting out of frustration. Just as we were about to take another long break, we found a property online. We reached out to an agent, who put us in touch with Tina. She called us immediately, and we signed a short two-week contract because we were so exhausted by the process. Although that first house wasn’t it for us, the very next one was. Tina guided us every step of the way—from connecting us with the right loan officer, to lining up the inspector, attorneys, and everyone else involved. Tina is an outstanding realtor and wonderful human! She genuinely cares about helping her clients achieve their dreams! When we walked into the private showing, we knew it was the one, and Tina assured us she could make it happen—and she did! We are beyond thrilled. Our closing was just yesterday, and everything went so smoothly!

Tina, thank you so much for your hard work and thoughtfulness throughout this process. You not only helped us find our dream home, but you also restored our faith that “dreams do come true”—even when the odds seem stacked against us. We went from being turned away due to being Veterans, to having our new home appraise for more than what we offered—all in approximately 40 days! We wholeheartedly recommend Tina’s outstanding service to anyone looking for a dedicated and caring realtor! She rocks!

Tina is the best realtor around!! She knows the market and her attention to detail is unbelievable. We lived in the house for 26 years so we were very nervous about moving. From our first meeting to the closing she made the entire process stress free. She told us from day one "I've got you" and that she did!! The communication was excellent she always called us back. Tina even helped sell some of the things we weren't taking with us. She came over and cleaned with us to get ready for pictures and so much more. Tina went way above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. At the end of the process we not only had a great realtor we also had a great friend.
